Sohail Noorani

Founder & Lead Facilitator

Sohail has been on a rhythmic journey for nearly two decades. A self-taught percussionist, who discovered the healing power of rhythms in 2015, which transformed his approach to rhythm and wellbeing. Since then, Sohail has been dedicated to leading drum circles with fun, engaging techniques that create meaningful connections and leave a lasting impact on every audience he works with.

Safdar Abbas

Co-Founder & Lead Facilitator

Safdar brings a unique dimension to Drumsticks as both an HR professional and a self-taught musician. His understanding of workplace dynamics, coupled with his passion for rhythm, allows him to blend practical insights with engaging musical activities. By merging his HR expertise with drumming techniques, he helps participants develop essential skills such as design thinking, communication, and negotiation in an impactful manner.

Beenish Mumtaz

Beenish brings a wealth of experience in branding strategies and audience engagement. Farzana is a health professional whose expertise brings a meaningful depth to our work. Abid Ali

Facilitator

Abid performs at the heart of each session. He has been sharing rhythm and facilitating drum circles for many years. An experienced drummer and passionate musician, he has performed and led sessions across diverse communities, using rhythm to bring people together and inspire connection. Since then, Abid has been committed to leading drum circles with inclusive, engaging approaches that spark creativity, build confidence, and create a shared sense of energy, joy, and lasting connection for every group he works with.
